Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Shots Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

License and Usage

Shots Studio is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1). Usage is restricted to non-commercial, non-production purposes until May 25, 2032, after which it converts to GPL v2.0.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Shots Studio, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when using the service
• Using the app in compliance with applicable laws
• Respecting intellectual property rights
• Maintaining the security of your API keys

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the app for illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Violating third-party terms of service
• Commercial use during the BSL restriction period

API Usage

When using Shots Studio with external APIs:

• You are responsible for your own Gemini API usage and costs
• You must comply with Google's API terms and usage policies
• You should monitor your API quota and usage limits

Shots Studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
